Lead-zinc ore is divided into lead-zinc sulfide ore and lead-zinc oxide ore. At present, the separation of lead-zinc sulfide ore is still based on flotation, mainly to solve the separation problem of lead-zinc, and sometimes with iron sulfide and other minerals.
Introduction
Lead-zinc ore is a metal mineral rich in lead and zinc. There are currently more than 250 lead-zinc minerals discovered, but only 17 of them are available.

Technological Process
Lead zinc ore dressing needs the overall coordination of crushing, grinding and flotation to achieve good indicators, while the technical links of lead-zinc ore flotation need fineness, pH value, pulp concentration, reagent system and appropriate process flow to achieve good indicators.
According to the order of floatability and floating speed between sulfide minerals such as lead and zinc in the ore, lead concentrate, zinc concentrate and tailings are obtained by flotation from the pulp.

Application
The mineral composition is simple, the raw ore grade is high, the floatability difference between useful minerals is large, and the ore with coarse particle size is embedded.
Advantages
The flotation process is not only high-yield and energy-saving, but the flotation machine’s energy-saving can reach 60%, the amount of flotation agent is reduced by 20%, and the recovery rate is increased by 1% to 5%.
Separation
Preferential flotation, zinc suppression and lead recovery.
Collector: low-grade xanthate, high-grade xanthate and black drug. It is usually separated in alkaline medium.
Inhibitors: CN -, NaCN, KCN, ZnSO4, na2os3, Na2S2O3.
Flotation machine in lead-zinc ore dressing equipment shall meet the following four basic requirements:

2. Sufficient mixing speed;
3. It can make the bubbles have a long distance to form a more stable foam area.
