Working Principle
The sand spiral washing machine operates at a 15° inclination. The water tank, equipped with three weir plates, forms a sediment pool where the screw head is immersed. Driven by an electric motor through a reducer, the screw rotates continuously. Fresh water is fed from a porous plate at the bottom of the sediment tank. This machine, compatible with sand makers, washes out micro amounts of stone powder and impurities from mixed sand, thereby improving its quality.

- Washing: Utilize equipment such as screw washers, trommel screens, and vibrating screens to remove stones, clay, and mud.
- Gravity Separation: Employ gravity equipment like jig machines, spiral chutes, and shaking tables to obtain rough and fine concentrates.
- Magnetic Separation: Use magnetic separators (both wet and dry types) to separate iron and ilmenite.
- Electromagnetic Separation: Apply a three-disc electromagnetic separator to upgrade tin, monazite, and columbite to high-grade concentrates.
