ore beneficiation plant

New video:”tantalum-niobium ore beneficiation plant”

Hello, good day, this is DASEN MINING, I am Rose, I am going to talk about the tantalum-niobium ore beneficiation process.

The global tantalum and niobium resources are mainly distributed in Brazil, Canada, Australia, Russia, Ethiopia, Congo (DRC), Rwanda, and other countries. They are widely used in high-tech industries.

Tantalum-niobium ore is a kind of precious metal ore, and its raw ore grade is often relatively low. It needs a series of beneficiation and processing before it can be sold and used as a raw material.

We have built tantalum-niobium ore processing plants in African countries such as Congo (DRC), Nigeria and Sierra Leone, etc.

The widely used beneficiation methods are gravity separation and electromagnetic separation, with the simple flow, low cost, and easy operation. In some mines, a combined method of gravity and flotation is also used. Flotation is mainly used for fine sludge. All of our processes are gravity separation and electromagnetic separation.

There are alluvial and rock types of the tantalum-niobium ore, so the equipment is a little different.

For the alluvial tantalum-niobium ore, we often do the washing and screening first by using the vibrating screen, for the rock type, it is crushing and grinding first, we often use a jaw crusher, roller crusher, vertical hammer crusher, etc. Then it is gravity and magnetic separation for both of the types based on the large density. The equipment is the same. We often use a jig machine, spiral chute, and shaking table according to the different features, and the three-disc electromagnetic separator.

The three-disc electromagnetic separator is very popular. We have shipped many of them overseas,

If you have interested in the tantalum-niobium ore beneficiation, we can provide the plant design, and dispatch our engineers to your mine site for the survey. We also have the lab for experiments, you can send us the ore sample. Like this!

That’s all for this video. Thank you for your watching. Good-bye!
