From Sand to Zircon: Incheon Mine Selects Key Equipment for Mineral Beneficiation

Incheon, South Korea – December 25, 2023 – A customer from Incheon, South Korea, recently visited our factory to invest in essential equipment for their zircon sand processing operation. This project signifies a growing demand for efficient mineral separation solutions in the South Korean market.

Local Expertise Meets Cutting-Edge Equipment:

The customer, located in Incheon City, is targeting a local seaside sand mine rich in zircon sand, alongside silicon and iron deposits. To achieve optimal beneficiation (enrichment) of the zircon sand, they require a combination of:

Spiral Separators (10 units, Model 1200): These separators utilize a helical design to efficiently separate materials based on density. Heavier minerals like zircon will travel along the outer spiral path, while lighter materials like silicon will be discharged through the center.
Shaking Table (1 unit): This table utilizes a shaking motion and water flow to further separate minerals based on size and specific gravity. This provides a final cleaning step for the zircon concentrate.

Streamlining the Selection Process:

Through discussions with our team, they were able to determine the specific quantity and model of separators and shaking tables required for their initial processing needs.
