Customers From Nigeria Visited the Gold Cyaniding Leaching Plant

Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting a valued customer from Nigeria. Their primary objective was to witness firsthand our ongoing Gold Cyaniding Leaching Plant construction project. Prior to this visit, we had engaged in comprehensive discussions with the customer regarding their mineral composition and successfully conducted a series of cyanidation leaching experiments. Furthermore, our skilled technicians were deployed to the mining site to perform meticulous on-site inspections, ore analysis, and plant site assessments.

During the customer’s visit, we especially demonstrated a 600-ton-per-day gold cyanidation project that was being finalized. The whole gold cyaniding leaching plant consists of six cyanidation production lines with a capacity of 100 tons per day each, covering crushing, grinding, leaching, smelting, and zinc powder replacement. The first production line has been successfully put into production now. Some people may be curious, why did we choose to build six independent 100-ton-per-day production lines instead of a single large production line? The reason is that the processing plant needs to process multiple different types of materials at the same time, such as raw ore, gravity tailings, and flotation tailings. Through the parallel operation of multiple production lines, we can more efficiently cope with these diverse processing needs.

During this visit, we explained to our customers the entire process from project planning, infrastructure construction, and equipment installation to the final completion of the plant.
