Spiral Separators Shipped to Nigeria

This week Dasen Mining loaded a full 40-foot container of spiral separators (model 1200) bound for Jos, Nigeria. A total of 21 complete sets were secured; loading photos are shown below.

Why Model 1200 Spiral Separators?

Project Background
The customer’s deposit near Jos is an alluvial tin–tantalum–niobium–monazite ore body. A typical processing flow for this type of material is:

Washing and desliming
Gravity concentration (spiral chutes)
Magnetic separation for final cleanup
We previously delivered the washing trommel and magnetic separators. With this shipment the plant’s major equipment list is now complete.
