The carbon leaching method of extracting gold is a process that adds activated carbon to pulp while simultaneously leaching and adsorbing gold. It is one of the main methods of gold beneficiation at present. The process is developed on the basis of CIP, which combines the two steps of cyanide leaching pulp and activated carbon adsorption, which reduces the number of leaching tanks, shortens the process flow, and reduces the capital investment and production cost.
The process of the gold mine CIP production line is a non-filtering cyanide carbon slurry process that uses activated carbon to directly adsorb and recover gold from cyanide pulp, including preparation of leaching pulp, cyanide leaching, activated carbon adsorption, gold loaded carbon desorption, and gold slurry obtained by electric shock. There are seven operating stages including the recycling of gold-removed carbon and the treatment of leaching pulp.

Applicable ore： Flotation of gold concentrate or amalgamation, gravity separation of tailings, or argillaceous oxidized gold ore；
Application： The gold ore beneficiation production line is suitable for two main types of ore: one is flotation gold concentrate or amalgamation and gravity separation tailings, and the other is an argillaceous oxide ore.
