About the Three-Roller Magnetic Separator

Launched in 2024, our dry three-roller magnetic separator is engineered for high-intensity mineral separation in arid or water-scarce areas. Its design supports the recovery of magnetic minerals with a particle size range of 0.4–8 mm, helping clients reduce reliance on water-intensive beneficiation methods.

  • Rollers:
    • Upper roller: 220×1000 mm, 1000–1200 gauss
    • Middle roller: 220×1000 mm, 7000–8000 gauss

By applying different magnetic field strengths across three rollers, the machine achieves six product streams, including magnetite, titanium ore, monazite, and non-magnetic minerals such as zircon and tin ore.
