Their current plant, built several years ago, faces operational challenges and efficiency limitations. Enrichment Ratio: 5–8 times
Distance-to-Diameter Ratio: 0.45–0.75 (0.75 for rough sand, 0.45 for fine sand)
2. High-Efficiency Groove Spiral Chute
Features:
Pitch: 600 mm (optimized for ilmenite and monazite processing)
Applicable Particle Size: 50–450 mesh (suitable for fine materials)
Wear Resistance: Made with a specialized plastic and wear-resistant formula. The wear-resistant component is integrated directly during injection molding, ensuring a lifespan of at least 3 years
Recovery Rate: Up to 95% for ilmenite and monazite (higher than the standard type)
