These above are about the simple mining equipment and tools on site. At present, the customer is using the amalgamation methode to collect the gold, but the recovery rate is very low.

The customer’s gold ore content is about 20PPM.
And now, this customer is planning to use the container type small scale cip gold processing plant. But they hope the capacity can higher, like 10-15TPD. For this request, I talked with our engineer, if we add extral 2 sets 3*3.5m leaching tanks, the capacity can be higher to 10-15TPD.

The customer has the hammer mill and jaw crusher on site, but has no ball mill on site.
If we equip the machines for this customer, must consider the ball mill firstly, then using the 5 leaching tanks as the normal equipping, if increase the capacity, add the extral 2 sets 3*3.5m leaching tanks is ok.
For this container type small scale cip gold processing plant, all machines are installed into the containers. When this plant is arrived at the ore site, no need the installation.
