In the Jan of 2021, the customer ordered one set 10tpd CIP Gold Processing Plant from us, we manufactured and delivery to Kenya later.
The customer’s ore is oxide type gold ore, its grade is higher, very suitable for doing the leaching.And the customer is the first time to do such plant, so using this mini capacity can reduce the investment risk.

The above pictures are the 10tpd CIP gold processing plant finished and delivery pictures:
the right one is thickening and leaching part, the left one is crushing and grinding part, which was also putted many other materials, like the melting furnace, the cable, and other materials.

You can see the right picture, there is the staircase inside, when leaching working, the worker can walk on that, and the top ceiling needs to be opened at that time.

10tpd Small-scale mining and cip/cil plants: how can they be used?
1. Crushing + grinding: First crushing is generally 3 to 5 cm, and second crushing is less than 1 cm (Hammer Crusher)
2. Mixing tank and leaching tank: After the environmentally friendly gold extraction agent is added, the gold begins to dissolve and then enters the activated carbon adsorption tank. In this process, leaching and activated carbon adsorption are carried out simultaneously. The entire leaching + Activated carbon adsorption process is generally maintained for more than 24 hours, and the overall recovery rate is generally above 85%. Depending on the nature of the gold ore, adjustments need to be made to ensure the best effect of the leaching and Activated carbon adsorption processes.

This mini cip gold plant is very suitable for the high grade oxide gold ore, its recovery rate is over than 90%, which means you can get the many gold in every day when all is working normally, and it is portable, so you can move it freely on your site.
