Working Principle of Hydraulic Vibration Plant
The hydraulic vibration plant is designed to process stones up to 70cm in size. Raw material is initially fed onto the screening section, where it undergoes a sieving process. Subsequently, the crushed stones are subjected to high-pressure water washing before being discharged from the rear.
A second sieve layer separates smaller particles, while the remaining material is directed into three independently adjustable chutes for gold separation and enrichment. These chutes can be adjusted in angle and balance to accommodate diverse terrain and operating conditions, optimizing gold recovery.
The plant’s gold separator is easily maintained with a removable and flushable lower pad.
