A range of mineral processing chemicals are used in gold ore processing. We recently shipped a consignment of nitric acid to Tanzania. Nitric acid is frequently used as an additive in the gold smelting stage. It is used to refine gold ore, achieving gold bullion purity of 99.97% or higher.

The client operates their own gold processing plant， running a gold heap leaching operation. The nitric acid they purchased is for their own use, and they also distribute it locally. The nitric acid we shipped was 68% concentration, packaged in IBC totes, with 25 tonnes loaded into a 20-foot container.

The gold market is very active, and chemicals related to gold processing are in high demand. In addition to nitric acid, we export a wide range of other chemical reagents, such as borax, sulfuric acid, activated carbon, sodium hydroxide, sodium cyanide, eco-friendly gold leaching agents, and zinc powder.

Among these, eco-friendly gold leaching agents are gaining ground as a replacement for mainstream leaching agents. The technology is mature, easy to use, and environmentally sound. We have shipped these agents to countries including South Korea, India, Nigeria, Niger, Nicaragua, and the Philippines, and market feedback has been positive. The gold recovery rates for various types of gold ore are generally comparable to those achieved with sodium cyanide.
