The 1000TPD Gold CIL plant ores are primarily composed of sulfide and oxide ores, presenting distinct characteristics and challenges for processing.
For the oxidized gold ore, with a grade of 5ppm, gold stands as the sole valuable element for extraction. Employing the full mud cyanidation gold extraction process, an impressive gold leaching rate of 93.75% was achieved. On the other hand, the sulfide ore, boasting a gold content of 10.7g/t, also sees gold as the key element to be recovered. Under the same full mud cyanidation gold extraction process, its gold leaching rate reaches 95%. These high leaching rates highlight the effectiveness of the chosen processing method for different ore types.
The full mud cyanidation process flow is well – structured. In the crushing stage, a one – stage open – circuit crushing method is applied, efficiently reducing the size of the raw ore. Moving on to the grinding and classification stage, a one – stage closed – circuit grinding system, coupled with cyclone classification operation, ensures that the ore is ground to the appropriate fineness for subsequent cyanidation treatment. In the following operations, the full mud cyanidation gold extraction process takes center stage. The gold – carrying carbon then enters the desorption electrolysis system for gold extraction. After that, the gold mud is smelted. For the tailings, they undergo a series of treatments including concentration, dehydration, and finally, are dry – piled in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.
In the early planning phase of the project, Dasen Mining demonstrated its professional capabilities by formulating comprehensive and meticulous plans in aspects such as project management, construction technology, resource supply, and coordination. During the construction process, the project implementation area faced severe shortages of material supply, construction machinery, tools, and skilled workers. However, Dasen Mining was well – prepared. Through a series of well – thought – out and efficient measures, it overcame these difficulties. Notably, as most of the equipment required for the project was thin – walled tanks, there was a risk of deformation during hoisting and transportation. Dasen Mining’s team developed targeted solutions, which effectively addressed this issue, ensuring the high – quality construction of the project and laying a solid foundation for the smooth operation of the gold ore beneficiation plant.
