Process Design & Features

  • Flotation Stage (Primary Recovery)

Grinding: One-stage closed-circuit grinding for optimal liberation.
Flotation Circuit: 1 rougher + 3 scavengers + 3 cleaners to maximize gold recovery.
Concentrate Treatment: Two-stage mechanical dehydration (filtration) to produce a 46g/t gold concentrate.

  • Tailings Cyanidation (Secondary Recovery)

Feed Material: Flotation tailings (~1g/t Au) from 10+ million tons of stored tailings.
Process: Direct cyanide leaching (CIP) to recover residual gold.
Environmental Safety: Low harmful elements; no pollution risks.

Performance & Results
Feed Grade: 1.76g/t Au
Concentrate Grade: 46g/t Au
Overall Recovery: 93%
