The Indonesia 600tpd gold mine project is a CIP (Carbon-in-Pulp) beneficiation plant renovation undertaken by Dasen Mining. The focus was on optimizing the grinding and flotation sections to improve efficiency and recovery rates.

The plant was designed in two phases:

• Phase 1 (300tpd): Initial grinding and flotation system.
• Phase 2 (300tpd): Expansion to 600tpd, mirroring Phase 1’s design.

Process Flow
1. Crushing & Screening
Feed size: ≤350mm
Process: Two-stage semi-closed circuit crushing
Final product: -12mm (optimized for grinding efficiency)
2. Grinding & Classification
Primary grinding: Wet grid ball mill → -200 mesh (65%)
Secondary grinding: Wet overflow ball mill → -325 mesh (95%)
Classification: Hydrocyclone + pump system
3. Pre-selection & Flotation
Flotation circuit: 1 roughing, 3 scavenging, 4 cleaning
Products:
Flotation concentrate (sent to dewatering)
Flotation tailings (pumped to tailings system)
4. CIP Gold Extraction
Oxidation pretreatment: 60h in dual-impeller leaching tanks → filter press dewatering
Cyanide leaching: 48h → 2-stage leaching, 3-stage washing
Gold recovery: Zinc powder displacement for gold mud
5. Tailings & Wastewater Treatment
Tailings dewatering: Box filter press → dry stacking in tailings pond
Wastewater treatment: Two-stage purification (neutralization + filtration) → recycled for pre-oxidation
