In a significant milestone for Dasen Mining, the company has recently completed the installation, commissioning, and successful operation of a 3000 tons per day (tpd) gold cip processing plant in Tanzania, Africa. This overseas project demonstrates Dasen Mining’s technical strength and project management capabilities on the international stage.

Project Overview
The Tanzania 3000tpd gold ore dressing plant was a complex undertaking, especially given the distinct differences in project management, construction technology, resource supply, and work coordination compared to domestic projects in China. The plant’s core operations focus on ore concentration, leaching, desorption, and electrolysis. The main installation and commissioning work included:

Mechanical Equipment Installation: Setting up key machinery for ore concentration, leaching, and desorption-electrolysis.
Process Pipelines & Operating Platforms: Laying out the necessary pipework and constructing accessible operational platforms.
Power, Water Supply, and Drainage: Ensuring stable utility connections for continuous and safe operation.

Gold Mineral Processing Technology
The core technology implemented in this project is the full mud cyanidation gold extraction process, suitable for both sulfide and oxide ores found at the site.

  • Oxide Ore:

Grade: 2.4g/t gold
Recovery: The full mud cyanidation process achieved a gold leaching rate of 93.55%.

  • Sulfide Ore:

Grade: 10.7g/t gold
Recovery: The process achieved a gold leaching rate of 91.56%.
The technology features an advanced analytical electrolysis system that introduces easily adsorbed anions into the desorption system, replacing Au(CN)₂⁻ ions and enabling efficient gold desorption from activated carbon. The gold-rich solution obtained from this process is then ionized and recovered as solid gold.
