In mid-March, a student from the Democratic Republic of the Congo in Xi’an called us hoping to find a suitable method to select alluvial gold mining. We warmly invited him to our office for a detailed discussion.

During the conversation, we learned that the client’s mining area was in his village, located at the border between Burundi and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. There was a river nearby and the mineral type was sedimentary alluvial gold. As it was his first time to mine, he decided to choose the easier gold gravity separator first, and then consider other methods after getting a certain profit. We recommended the combination of shaking table and mobile alluvial small gold wash plant to him.

As an integrated mobile small gold wash plant, the mobile alluvial gold washing plant is mainly composed of a silo, a ore washing system, a screening system, a gold selection system, and a traction frame. Considering the customer’s demand for improving the recovery rate, we later added a 6s shaking table.

The customer placed an order with us in December 2024. After a month-long voyage, in March this year, the customer sent us photos of the gold he obtained after only one month of using the mobile small gold wash plant and shaking table. These are pictures of the customer’s alluvial gold and the customer’s visit.

 

At the current international gold price, the DRC client will be able to cover the cost with the proceeds in just one month.
