A customer from India went to Tanzania to engage in the garnet business. He purchased a garnet mine from the local people. After the purchased garnet was washed and screened, garnet sand was obtained. In order to further obtain garnet with a higher grade, the customer came to us, hoping to get the best solution.

Our engineering team carefully analyzed the customer’s mineral situation and believed that since the minerals had uniform and fine particle sizes, using our 600 enhanced three-disc magnetic roller separator was the best choice.
The magnetic roller separator field strength required for the garnet concentrate by the magnetic separator is between 10,000 gauss and 16,000 gauss, while the magnetic field strength of our 600 enhanced three-disc magnetic separator machine can reach up to 28,000 gauss, with a processing capacity of 800-1000 kg per hour. In terms of the size design of the magnetic roller separator, because our three-disc magnetic separator can work by adjusting the magnetic field, its height and width are larger. This design can better help the three-disc magnetic separator flexibly adjust the magnetic field strength, so as to achieve the best recovery rate.
Considering that the three-disc magnetic separator requires materials with a feed particle size of less than 2 mm, we suggest screening the materials to less than 2 mm before feeding them into the magnetic separator conveyor belt to ensure that the feed particle size can smoothly enter the magnetic separator.
The customer was very satisfied with this solution and said that it was the most cost-effective choice.
