The customer took the ore sample to find us on the Dec of 2021, we did the ore testing about the sample, the result is very good:

1.Oxide gold with high extent
2.8ppm
3.also including some gold granular

Based on these information, we recommend the customer use the gold leaching solution for recovery, as for the gols granular, can use the mercury plate after ball mill, no need use the shaking table or centrifugal concentrator.

This is the rock gold leaching plant we build for that customer.
We use the 5 big leaching tank for gold ore desorption and leaching due to the limited space, but the volume is enough for making sure the desorption and leaching time(over than 48 hours).
When it working, after 4 days, the active carbon loaded gold came out, then the customer used the manual melting for melting the active carbon loaded gold(about 3 days.). Finally, the customer got the satisfied result.

For this 50TPD cip gold system, it is small type fixed plant, cannot be installed into the container. Its manufacture time needs 1-2 months, and the installation also needs long time, so this plant took long time to start working.

The rock gold leaching plant also met the rainy season problem, but during the rainy season, we recommend they do as follows:
Raw ore：The raw ore must be extracted before the rainy season and kept dry. Rainwater should not soak it, or crushing will not be possible.
Tailings pond: must not allow rainwater to flow back and must not be placed in the lowest place.
Leaching + carbon slurry adsorption: Keep the equipment dry during rainy weather, protect the motor and electrical components, and do not let them get damp.
