Gold Gravity Process
After the gold-bearing ore undergoes crushing and grinding operations, the gold and gangue minerals are formed into monomers to dissociate, and then through roughing and beneficiation operations, the gold is extracted using the density difference between gold and gangue minerals.
The main equipment for reselecting gold is centrifuges, jigs and shakers.

Gold Flotation Process
The gold flotation process is suitable for processing fine gold particles and high floatability sulfide gold-bearing vein ore, polymetallic gold-bearing sulfide ore and carbon-bearing ore, etc. The flotation recovery rate of sulfide ore is 90%, and a few can reach 95%-97%; the recovery rate of oxide ore is about 75%, and individual can reach 80%-85%.

The cyanidation method is to soak the finely ground ore particles with sodium cyanide solution to make the precious metals enter the solution, and then use zinc powder to reduce precipitation or use other methods to precipitate metals from the solution. Heap leaching of gold ore is to crush low-grade gold ore to a certain size (or granulate) and pile it on a leak-proof bottom mat paved with materials such as asphalt, concrete or plastic cloth, and use low-concentration cyanide, alkaline solution, Solutions such as non-toxic solvents or dilute sulfuric acid are sprayed on the mine pile to dissolve the gold, and the gold-containing solution is infiltrated from the mine pile, and then the gold is recovered by methods such as activated carbon adsorption or zinc powder replacement precipitation.

Gold Pit Leaching
Ore permeability is a decisive condition for the technical feasibility of pit leaching. Ore grade and material composition, ore body thickness and buried depth are important conditions for whether pit leaching is economically reasonable. For pit leaching, the leaching rate is closely related to the degree of ore oxidation and fineness. Generally, the finer the grinding fineness of the material, the higher the leaching rate. The advantages are low capital investment, short construction period, low production cost, and the recovery rate can reach 80-95%.
