1. Sample Testing and Element Analysis

2. Recommended Zircon Sand Processing Flow

Based on many successful projects, the general zircon sand beneficiation process follows these four steps:

  • Step 1 – Gravity Separation
    Use spiral chutes or shaking tables to wash out and separate coarse silica and light minerals.
  • Step 2 – Primary Magnetic Separation
