Rwanda Tin Ore Beneficiation Using Gravity and Magnetic Separation
Equipment shipped in July for Dasen Mining’s tin ore processing plant in Rwanda has arrived on site. Civil works and equipment installation began during August–September, following the equipment manufacturing and shipment covered in our previous project update.
Dasen Mining’s scope includes site surveys, plant site selection, process design, equipment manufacturing, shipping, foundation construction, and installation.
Tin Ore Beneficiation Process
The project uses gravity and magnetic separation to process ore containing tin, tantalum, and niobium. The beneficiation stages include rough concentration, grinding, cleaning, and magnetic separation.

Project Design, Manufacturing and Installation
After the site survey and plant location were confirmed, the Dasen Mining engineering team worked on the processing line design and equipment arrangement.
The required tin ore processing equipment was then manufactured according to the project design. After production, the equipment was prepared for shipment to Rwanda, where foundation construction and plant installation would be carried out as part of the project scope.
