Permanent magnetic high intensity separators are used for cleaning of material from impurities as well as for concentration and accumulation processes for minerals. They are best used to separate fine particles which have poor magnetic properties.
The utilization of extremely powerful permanent magnetic material guarantees superior separation results.
The machine has three types of tank:
half-counter current tank (CTB):downstream tank (CTS) and counter current tank (CTN), respectively for the ore particle size of 0.6-0mm, for rougher and high process requirements.
1.Downstream tank suits for the ore particle size of 6-0mm, for rougher selection and secondary selection.
2.Counter current tank suits for the ore particle size of 0.6-0mm,for rougher and scavenger, and heavy medium recovery in coal industry.
3.Half counter current tank suits for ore particle of 0.5-0mm in rough selection and secondary selection, especially for secondary selection with particle size of 0.15-0mm.
