DASEN Mining Machinery recently welcomed a customer from Nigeria who came to inspect his 100 TPH heavy sand processing plant before shipment.

1. Magnetic and Electromagnetic Separation Equipment
The system includes both 3‑disc electromagnetic separators and 3‑roller magnetic separators:

The 3‑roller magnetic separator removes iron and separates ilmenite and monazite.
The 3‑disc electromagnetic separator upgrades fine concentrates of ilmenite, monazite, tantalum, niobium, tin, and zircon to achieve high‑grade recovery results.
These are core components for the multi‑stage heavy mineral separation process.

2. Shaking Tables for Silica Removal
A total of 32 shaking tables have been fully assembled and tested.
They serve mainly to remove silica and produce clean heavy mineral concentrates.
The complete production line also includes spiral chutes, wet magnetic separators, dryers, and belt conveyors, ensuring smooth material flow and stable operation from feed to final product.

3. Testing and Quality Control
The customer carefully examined the testing laboratory where small‑scale beneficiation trials were carried out to confirm equipment performance before delivery.
