Middle East Client Visits Dasen for 10TPD Gold CIL Plant
A customer representative from the Middle East recently visited Dasen Mining to inspect our 10TPD containerized gold CIL plant and discuss a small-scale gold processing project.
The end user is currently recovering gold with a wet pan mill. This method is simple and widely used by small miners, especially where free gold is easy to recover. However, after learning more about the ore and the customer’s production goals, the representative became interested in a more complete gold recovery solution.
For gold ore containing fine gold or leachable gold, a wet pan mill alone may not be enough to achieve the desired recovery result. A properly designed gold leaching plant can combine grinding, slurry preparation, cyanide leaching, carbon adsorption, desorption and electrowinning into one continuous process.
During the visit, our engineers introduced the working principle and layout of the 10TPD mobile gold CIL plant. The plant is designed for small-scale mining operations, pilot projects and remote sites where transportation and installation need to be simplified.
The containerized design helps reduce on-site installation work and makes the equipment easier to transport. Depending on the ore characteristics and project requirements, the plant can be configured with crushing, grinding, leaching tanks, carbon adsorption, gold recovery and tailings handling systems.
The representative explained that the customer’s gold ore has promising grade potential and is considering the 10TPD plant as a starting solution before expanding production in the future.
