How Does the Mobile 10TPD CIL Plant Recover Gold from Rock Ore?
Mobile 10TPD CIL Gold Processing Plant for Rock Gold
For rock gold ore, the most widely used recovery method is CIL (Carbon-in-Leach) — a process in which gold is leached from the ore and simultaneously adsorbed onto activated carbon in the same tank. This method ensures high extraction efficiency and cost-effective operation.
Compact and Efficient Design by Dasen Machinery
Considering the high exploration and investment risks in gold mining projects, Dasen Machinery has developed a mobile CIL plant with a capacity of 10 tons per day.
This unit integrates the full process — crushing, grinding, leaching, and smelting — to deliver final gold ingots with a recovery rate of 90%–97%.
All equipment is pre-installed and pre-connected inside standard shipping containers.
Once delivered to the mining site, the plant only requires power and water connections and simple welding work before operation can begin.
This month, one complete mobile CIL gold plant was produced and shipped to Nigeria — see the photos below for reference.
