Disc Rotation Speed (RPM) and Control Mechanism

The disc RPM of the three-disc electromagnetic separator is usually fixed before delivery based on the customer’s processing needs.

  • Once set, the machine works continuously with that speed.
  • However, if customers require a different disc RPM, Dasen Mining can manufacture another speed disc module and deliver it together.
  • The additional disc part costs USD 50 per set, and customers can easily replace it on-site when needed.

Independent Magnetic Control for Each Disc

The three discs in the separator cannot be moved, but their magnetic field intensities can be adjusted via a precise mechanism underneath.

There are four separate copper wire bundles and four corresponding adjustment handles.

  • To adjust the third disc, use the handles for the 3rd and 4th wire bundles.
