The Rwanda tin mine is designed and built following Dasen’s advanced washing and gravity separation system. This system effectively separates tin minerals from the ore using a series of optimized machines that ensure both high recovery rate and low energy consumption.
1.Process Flow Overview
The complete processing flow includes the following main stages:
Ore Washing: Using rotary washers to clean raw ore and remove impurities.
Crushing & Grinding: Rocks containing heavy minerals are processed with a double roller crusher and ball mill to achieve the required fineness.
Gravity Separation: The material passes through a jig machine and shaking table for effective mineral concentration.
This well-balanced process helps achieve efficient recovery of tin ore while maintaining environmental standards and stable operation.
