Completes Mobile Container Type Gold Flotation System for Nigeria Client
Recently, DASEN Machinery successfully completed the assembly and inspection of a mobile container‑type gold flotation system ordered by our long‑term client from Minna, Nigeria.
The entire system has now passed quality inspection and is ready for shipment.
The client had previously experienced losses in traditional mining operations and therefore decided to start a new project with a more cost‑controlled, flexible solution.

Equipped with two crushers, one ball mill, and one spiral classifier, this unit performs the complete comminution process—crushing, grinding, and classification—to prepare slurry for flotation.

All required control circuits, pipelines, and automation panels are pre‑assembled and fully functional upon delivery.
The plug‑and‑play design eliminates the need for civil construction at the mine site. Once the containers are positioned, pipelines and cables can be connected within a short time, allowing immediate operation.
Although primarily designed for gold beneficiation, this mobile system can also handle copper, lead‑zinc, and other sulphide ores using the same flotation principle.
Its compact layout makes it ideal for pilot testing, exploration projects, or first‑stage production where miners wish to verify grade and recovery before large‑scale investment.
After operating the unit for 1 to 2 months, miners can readily decide whether to expand capacity using DASEN’s scalable modular systems.
