10 TPD Containerized Gold Cyanide Leaching Plant for Quartz Rock Gold in Sudan

This Sudan gold project is based on quartz rock gold ore. According to the customer’s information, the ore is an oxide type rock gold ore. Some ore samples can reach about 10 ppm gold content, while the average gold grade is around 2–5 ppm.

The customer wanted a compact and easy-to-use gold recovery solution. After communication, he showed strong interest in our container type gold leaching plant, and also asked about the desorption and electrolysis system for gold-loaded carbon treatment.

What Is a Containerized Gold Cyanide Leaching Plant?

A containerized gold cyanide leaching plant is a modular gold processing system installed inside containers. Compared with a fixed plant, it is easier to transport, faster to install, and more convenient for overseas mine sites, especially in remote areas.

In this 10 TPD plant, the main equipment, pipes, pumps, and connecting parts are arranged inside containers. Before delivery, Dasen Mining completes most of the installation and connection work in our factory. Main Parts of the 10 TPD Containerized Gold Leaching Plant

This container type gold leaching plant mainly includes two container sections:

• Crushing and grinding container
• Thickening and leaching container

1. Crushing and Grinding Container
The crushing and grinding container is used to reduce the raw rock gold ore to a suitable particle size for cyanide leaching. It includes a jaw crusher, ball mill, feeding parts, and belt conveyor.

The jaw crusher has its own feeding section. The ball mill also has a feeding system. A belt conveyor is used to transfer materials from one machine to another, making the whole process smoother and easier to operate.

2. Thickening and Leaching Container
After crushing and grinding, the gold ore slurry enters the thickening and leaching section. In this container, the leaching tanks are connected by pipes and pumps. The slurry can flow from one leaching tank to the next tank in a planned way, helping the gold dissolve into the leaching solution.

This design makes the plant more compact and easier to manage. It also reduces site pipe installation work, because many connections are already completed before shipment.

Capacity and Recovery Rate

The whole plant capacity is about 10 tons per day. For suitable oxide quartz rock gold ore, the gold recovery rate can reach over 90% after proper ore testing, process design, and stable operation.

Before choosing the plant, we usually suggest customers provide ore samples or an ore test report. This helps our engineers check the ore grade, gold particle size, ore hardness, mud content, and leaching performance. A good ore test is the key to a better gold processing result.
